PERFECT MIX
This is my absolute favorite out of all of the Moving Shadow mixes and the seller was incredibly quick with shipping, and excellent overall. I would certainly do business with this seller in the future! As far as the mix itself goes, with 01.1 you can expect some very clean techstep and some very grimey darkstep scattered throughout, with the later half of the mix turning darker as it goes. This was 2001, so the genre alot of people call "Neurofunk" was just maturing around this time, with tracks like "Calyx - Quagmire" and "Technical Itch - Crystal" being two notable examples (at least in my head) of the blossoming early Neurofunk sound. If you like Techstep, or Darkstep, I highly recommend checking this Mix out if you haven't already!5/5

My first step in to DnB
I must admit I'm a Punk/Rock/Metal listener usually, but this CD has been pretty much all I've listened to since it arrived a week ago. I actually came across the CD after enjoying "First Contact" and "Quagmire" on a certain game on and off for over ten years now and decided I wanted another way of listening to the two songs, but I've actually been enjoying all of the songs on this CD since it arrived.

Another amazing mix!
Fantastic Moving Shadow CD mixed by Timecode. Brings back memories of GTA 3 which used some of this mix for an in-game radio station.

one of my favourite D+B mix cd's - ROLLIN' ....
this mix cd from timecode (aka rob playford who also helped co-produce Goldie's classic "timeless" ld/cd)is a great introduction to the heavier chunkier sounding uk d+b sound similar to ed rush/optical's stupendous "the creeps" lp. this is a great seamless mix of chunky (not too fast, and bass heavy funky tunes but not in a james brown way..and much darker + heavier than the "liquid" sound of hospital records) D+B from 2001. this is my favourite from the moving shadow label compilation series (8 cds and counting).many many fine tracks to be found here incl. tracks from rascal+klone, calyx, ryme tyme, dom+roland etc. Buy - if you want to put some "heat" into yr dance collection. go also see d+b producers: optical, dillinja, twisted individual and origin unknown for further darker beats representing the cream of the uk's D+B scene and, for to me - FAR better than most of the vastly over rated dub-step producers big in 2007/8/9. oh and better than Pendulum also especially now they've gone stadium rock/dance act..

Moving Shadow - your guarantee of excellence
This is d&b as it should be, I must have bought and lost this cd on many occasions, and its always a pleasure to fund it again. Excellent work on the ones and twos by the bloke who founded Moving Shadow, starts slightly spacey, then soon cranks up to the perfect level without becoming overly hard. Please purchase and enjoy
