Beautiful pen! I have a black fine and a blue medium. In both cases, the pens write immediately and very smoothly. No skipping, scratchiness, or hard starts. The woven metal bodies have a wonderful tactile quality. Though a bit heavier than some pens, I love writing with them because of the comfortable grip and well-balanced design.

From the finish to the weight & balance, this is worth the price.She wrote straight out of the box. The nib is beautiful and laid down a wonderful line with very nice variation.A pleasure to look at and even more so to use.

I really like the Innova line and black was the only color I didn’t have. Writes smooth, stout but not too heavy for me (can be for some people). Ink flow is decent but I do have the same exact model in different colors (using same ink) but they tend to write a little more wet than this one. Not sure why. It should be apples to apples which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Not impressed. Equivalent pens from Asvine or Hongdian are cheaper & much better.

The Monteverde Formula writes on air!The medium point is great and has a nice wet look.

Good quality, fair price and fast delivery.

The first thing that I noticed about it is how heavy it feels, which I don't mind. Then the uncapping, capping there is a heavy snap that is required. Personally, I like that because I know it won't fly off accidently. I did try out the included cartridge but usually use the converter and fill it up with bottled ink. Never had any leaking or drying out problems.My first flex nib. Granted, I don't use it as it was intended but, in my case, it is a great way of making bolder lines at will. It truly is a joy to write with and has quickly become one of my favorite fountain pens.

This is a beautiful pen. It is on the heavy side, but it is well balance. Initially when I filled it with ink, I was getting ink dots, which had never happened to me with other fountain pens that I owe. It seems the cartridge had too much ink, after a couple of days there were no issues. The nib is perfect for my taste. My only issue would be removing the cap off, which takes a little effort. Overall, I am happy with my pen.
