One of the pieces was defective and they replaced the defective piece after I provided clear pictures of the issue.This chair was easy to assemble. I'm 5'9 with long sexy legs this chair is very comfortable to sit in. It's not too low for me. Compared to other bamboo chairs found on Amazon this was the best value for this quality of chair. The waight capacity is great as well. This chair can be used for weight over 250 lbs.I highly recommend this chair not just for its quality of materials but the service of seller.

Good value, easy to assemble, sturdy that my mom feels safe.My mom has been having dizzy spells and I worried about her in the shower. Other chairs look a bit too hospital-like if you know what I mean. This is sturdy, safe, and stylish for my mom who says she feels very secure while using this.

Looked like a great product. Was secure but the trim pieces on the lower shelf use very small trim nails that barely penetrant. I had a piece that wasn't connected in package. I'd recommend
