I was kinda doubtful about this hose at first, but wow, I'm so glad I bought it! It's surprisingly light and easy to carry. It's way better than my $50 Costco hose – no kinking at all, and much lighter too. My old rubber hose? Forget about it! This one even came with a spray nozzle and a shut-off valve. I totally recommend it. If you're sick of wrestling with those heavy, clunky rubber hoses...

Just right for me. It is light enough for my wife to work in her garden by herself.It is compact to keep my yard clear and organized. The connectors is aluminumand outer tube feel very durable. Built to American standard. This price is good.I paid more than this on my old hose and I got just plastic connector and filmsy outertube. It also comes with special nozzle that make it easier to wash my car anddrive way.

This review is based on using this hose to help maintain a 30 gallon nutrient reservoir which is inside my home. The tank is located about 45 feet from the utility sink where it's connected, so the 50 foot length is about right.On the positive side, it's a well made hose from very durable feeling material. The connectors seem solid and well made and are attached solidly to the hose. The shut off works well completely stopping the flow of water with no dripping. I did not use the attachable spray nozzle so can't say much about how that functions...but it appears well made too.On the negative side, while it does extend to 50 feet, it does so with great effort. I had to manually work the hose from one end to the other pulling it to make it expand to it's full length. That was with the faucet completely open too and one that puts out a good flow with a lot of pressure. This hose replaced one I purchased previously, that developed a leak, and it expanded and retracted easily - nothing like this monster.Unless there is full pressure on the hose, it wants to retract back down to the unexpanded length....and it does that very aggressively. I mean this hose is strong and does NOT seem to like being in the expanded position. When you open the nozzle, even a little, the hose starts fighting to shrink down...and like I said this is one strong hose. A small child might even have difficulty holding it. It even makes it difficult to use the hose with it fighting you the entire time.Now I admit, it does seem to be getting a little easier to expand the hose after a few uses, although it does still require me to manually expand it to get the full length I need. Too be fair, my tank is 45 feet way give or take, so the hose is at it's maximum length, but my previous 50 foot hose was much easier to work with under the same conditions. However, it was no longer available so I settled for the "devil hose."Needless to say it is very easy to put away since it wants to be put away more than it wants to be used. If you are buying this hose to use in a situation that would require it be open fully, be ready for a fight.Hopefully me and this hose will learn to get along. So far it's like an annoying teenage....a well dressed one !!

Nice hose, but I ordered a 50 foot and it looked like received a 25 foot. Very disappointing with the weather turning so hot. Not long enough to water the flowers on my deck. But in my frustration I left the water on and the hose finally expanded to it's 50 feet. Seems to be pretty heavy duty, but I will make sure and drain the water out of the hose after each use to prevent the hose from exploding.

This water hose is amazing product. There no issue to roll out. When you turn off the tap pipe automatically become short length, when we turn it on it’s length becomes 50 ft. Easy to wash a car. Love it 😍

This is a nice quality product, however this hose reduced my water pressure enough for my sprinklers to not oscillate. It’s a nice hose but not suitable for all purposes. As soon as you open your hose nozzle , the pressure relieves and the hose retracts and shrinks in length. Also my hose was shorter than it was supposed to be, and yes I very much understand that it’s an expandable and retractable hose, but mine was short in both the expanded and retracted form. I had several interactions with the manufacturer by email, they told me they would look into it?? And get back to me and never did. I took the time to send them photos showing the measurements were not correct and they did not make it right. That is why I’m leaving a review.

This is a great hose. I ordered a 50ft hose, which stores very neatly over the outdoor faucet without taking any space on the ground. However, be aware that to expand properly it depends on adequate water pressure from your water provider. Our water provider just reduced the water pressure by 25 psi to all customers. My 50 foot hose is now a 40 foot hose.
