It does a great job!
I bought the Outvita Manual Pole Saw because I have a lot of elm trees in my yard and needed a pole saw to cut dead branches and ones that were growing over my house and sheds. I looked at many of the ones available online and read the reviews on them, and the Outvita brand was the one that looked like it was going to fit my needs best. I'm 74 and have had rheumatoid arthritis for 50 years, so I'm not strong enough to add any more than one extension pole to the main one, but I've been able to accomplish quite a bit with that and have only good things to say about it. I haven't used the lopper yet, so I can't comment on that, but the saw blade is very sharp and the cover keeps it safe when not in use. The hooks on both ends of the blade work very well at directing the blade where I want to cut and the cut branches where I want them to fall, and not on me! The bag is good for holding all the parts when you're not using them and the handle makes it easy to carry them wherever you need. All in all, I think it's an excellent pole saw. I just wish I had gotten it years ago!

Can't complain for the price
It's an good saw for the price but expect to have tired arms if attempting to cut large limbs. Blade is sharp but very bendable (this can be good and bad). It doesn't break easily, but it's hard to get unstuck if it gets pinched. Carrying case is a nice bonus. Other kits that cost more don't include one. Max length is almost unusable without a guide rope because the pole is awkward to yield and ends up being fairly heavy.

Worth the money for me
I'm very happy after one use to trim my three 15-20 ft palm trees. The assembly was quick and easy. The blade was sharp and cut through the dried palm fronds quickly.

Great tool
I bought this to use instead of pulling out my 14 ft a frame ladder to saw off limbs. The saw blade was sharp and I sawed off two limbs on an oak tree in less than ten minutes. Now, I’m using it to prune limbs on a cherry tree over ten feet high, where you can’t even reach with a ladder, and it cuts them with ease. At 76 yoa I’ve learned ladders are not my friend.

Absolutely Superb High Quality Pole Pruner Kit That Outshines Them All
I have been searching for a good pole pruner for quite some time on Amazon, but have been dissuaded from purchasing one when I read so many product quality complaints. I started up my searching again and I recently came upon the Outvita pole pruner kit. I own two different brands of pole pruners. One is fair and the other which is a name brand I purchased a couple of years ago at a big box store, is a piece of flimsy junk. The excellent product description for the Outvita kit and all of great customer comments immediately sold me. I went ahead and ordered two kits, (one will be a spare.) I received the kits via FED EX in a couple of days. When I anxiously opened the kits to examine them I was very impressed. This product outshines them all as it is made with very high quality materials, something you rarely see in this day and age with all of the cheap 'throw out' products that are currently on the market. I assembled a kit and immediately tried it on a fir tree in my yard. This baby sliced right through a thick limb without a hitch. Another outstanding thing about this kit is that it comes with sturdy resin poles that have great screw in connectors to include two nice attached rubber grips at the end of the pole. It also includes a high quality scissor blade pruner to cut smaller branches and limbs, two very sharp saw blades, two very sharp scissor blades, a nice protective blade cover, a pair of gloves and a thick canvas storage bag. Many thanks Outvita for an absolutely fantastic product!

Useful & Decent Quality
Surprisingly good quality! Saw is sharp. Poles and bag are good quality too. Haven't used shears, so can't comment on how well they work, but I am skeptical.Poles do flex a bit at 3/4 of total length, but manageable using saw. Full length would be harder to handle, but possible depending on user's strength and ability - and even at 3/4 length it is extremely useful.

Excellent Quality
I was pleasantly surprised of the quality with no shortcuts. Pole fittings are screw type and very easy to assemble and provides strength as if one pole. Parts were beautiful and cutters performed easily, like slicing soft butter. Definitely found a gem in quality, beauty and met my cutting needs. Weight could be a bit heavy if you use all 26 feet of connected poles, but need for that length is rare. All parts are stored in a bag that’s even labeled “Tree Pole Pruner”.

Cut Tree Limbs like Butter with a Hot Knife
Razor Sharp Balde. I like that you can tailor the length of the pole to suit the job. The cutting is astounding. So sharp. Using the full length of the pole can be a challenge because of the weight. For lower work, If you make the pole a little long and stand back from the work, then you can rest the blade on the limb you are cutting a little bit and the weight of the thing helps with the cut. Regardless, I found the quality to be quite high. I recommend it to cut limb without the need to get up on a ladder or climb a tree. I found it to be exceptionally good.
