Need better delivery packaging
The book is good. Only complaint is that the book was packed in a box without any bubble wrap so a few pages were wrinkled.

Printing quality to be improved

Too many errors in printing
The media could not be loaded. Too many missing pages and misprints. Seems like a fake copy. Exchanging and returning is also a challenge, somehow there are always delays in pick up and delivery by amazon. Really disappointing.
