Buy only if you are looking for short amount of time to store your hot water
The sipper cap does not hold hot water and the other cap holds it for 3 hours 3 stars because these are the only problem but a quality and the colour is good

Worst quality product
The product so as delivered is the worst quality ever purchased by me. I have used so many thermoflask and never saw an item not working after 3/4 days time of delivery.Issues -1. Faulty product (quality issue) -The manufacturer claims it to be a 24 hours hot and cold but seems like it doesn’t hold good. The hot and cold water, both turns regular in just 2 hours time.2. Poor response on service complaints -Have raised complaints so many times with the manufacturer (M/s. Stovekraft) which is then routed to the local servicing partners but the service partners do not addresses the concerns and if they picks up the call then they only asks us to come down to their shop.3. Non availability of service centre in the prime locations -It is noticed that the service center (shop) is not available at the prime locations of kolkata which happens to be my hometown and therefore it becomes difficult to go down to the service center shop to get the product replaced.I have also tried with some other service center in Kolkata but the executives there says that they already have a piled up replacements to be addressed and thereby cannot address my complaint as it does not falls under their area.Lastly, I can only imagine the helplessness of the normal customers for such service complaints when I cannot help myself address the faulty product.Stovekraft, you need to up your game in regard to being customer eccentric. Also please start addressing customer issues intime.FYI - My issue still remains unresolved.

Challenging to handle for children
Basically it is not sleek, tuffer for children to handle, it is short and bigger in breadth/diameter than usual water bottles. Difficult for young school children. Leakages were not yet tested will update later.
