You pay for what you get.
Great but if kit! I run 10km 2-3 times a week and this has already made a big difference in running comfort from the build quality. The IFit feature is a quality product; plenty of options with a really clear and easy to use system. The screen is top quality too. Overall, you pay for what you get and this is worth the money you’ll pay for it if you want to commit to putting the longer distances in or a frequent treadmill user.

5 Star
After many hours spent weighing up the pros and cons of various Treadmills I took the plunge with the NordicTrack T Series 9 and im certainly happy I did, First impressions on delivery was oh what have I done as the box and packaging was far greater than I imagined and my mind suddenly started racing as to how a technophobe like me was going to put it together – Once the box was opened though the elements and manual surprisingly even made sense to me, so of I went and started construction. You will need 2 people for certain elements but in the main you can construct it on your own and we completed the task in around 2 hours. I counted that as the first work out !As for the treadmill itself it’s a sturdy piece of kit and is as detailed,The running track is soft underfoot and the inclines, speed adjustment and fans etc are all so very easy to use. With two cup holders and a large screen you have all you need.Last night I set up the ifit account and completed a couple of the workouts – The inclines move perfectly in step with the video, which I was very impressed with (On some models they seem to be either in front or behind the screen) and there is such a wide range of choice you will not fail to find something that will keep you occupied whilst doing youre workout. I also managed to add my prime membership to it without any fuss. The App was rather more tricky though and as up to now I haven’t been able to connect that via my phone with Bluetooth although I did my headphones so more a phone issue than product issue,All in all im majorly impressed with the treadmill and would go as far as to say I prefer it to the versions in the Gym I used,Really really well built product and does all it says it will – Its a 5 star product.

Decent, but the quality control is lacking.
Positive: Heavy duty and sturdy. Fairly clear instructions. Belt is smooth and easy to push by hand, which gives me confidence in the quality compared to the cheaper treadmill we're replacing.Negative. Wastes paper: full instruction manuals for multiple languages included. Built quality issues, such as panels that don't fit properly with ugly gaps (see photo) and pre-tapped bolt holes that are not properly drilled out, so the bolt doesn't fit (see photo). I had to use my drill and a large metal bit to clear the entrance to two of the bolt holes. Quite fiddly to assemble with some really small black screws and plastic inserts that you have to piece together underneath the treadmill in the dark, against a black background, so set-up took several hours. The registration and software set-up is not well thought out - there's clearly cruft from years of changes to the products and backends - so there's a code to scan stuck on the screen (but in the UK you have to send an email), then there are QR codes to scan in the software. Lot of questions asked about height, weight and workout goals, which get repeated on the device and in the app, AND on signing up, despite all apparently being connected. This treadmill has some smart features to adapt based on pulse, etc, but - sadly - it has no way to measure pulse built in, so it needs a separate heart monitor. I would like it to use my Apple Watch but I don't think it can. In theory, they recently added syncing with Apple Health, but it hasn't synced between the iFit app and my Apple Health after a workout; no data has been sent. Lastly, the speaker emits a loud whining electronic noise, like RF interference, which smacks of cheap electronics. Fortunately, the treadmill drowns that out when it's running.Overall, I think this will be a good treadmill for basic use (i.e. manually operating the speed and incline), but there's a lot of extra stuff here which is far from cohesive or pleasant to start using.

Great buy
Very heavy machine, I’m on the second floor and initially Amazon delivery drivers refused to take it to the second floor despite me checking with Amazon prior to purchasing the installation with delivery. I went down and helped them during my lunch break bringing each piece bit by bit. Machine works well, has a built in fan and speakers which I didn’t know it had. The display is basic but basic is all you need and machine seems to be well built though some plastic trim in one of the corners seems flimsy as it may have been installed incorrectly, though purely aesthetic. I’ve yet to try the ifit system. I’ve registered it to get the two year manufacturer’s warranty, also purchased the extended 4 year warranty when placing my order which I strongly suggest you do too as Nordictrack don’t offer an extended warranty and haven’t for a while. All in was about 1400 with the warranty, so far it’s worth every penny though you may find it cheaper elsewhere without the warranty which seems like a big risk for a large purchase.

Issues with console
After a year of light use, I went on holiday 3 weeks and when back the threadmill console just died. According to reviews it was supposed to last. It's just broken now and I'm going to throw it away and replace it with something else I guess. Not at all a quality threadmill, seems well built, but it's actually bad hardware.
