Good customer service
I gotta say, for the price I expected customer service to be a bit sketchy. I received my SIM and started working through the process to port my number. On the second page, I had a question about one of the entries and the hit the chat button. Only had to wait 2 minutes for someone to come online and answer my question. They he said "I'll stay on while you activate your SIM so we make sure porting your number goes through". There was indeed a problem with the previous provider and he waited while I contacted them to unlock the number. It then ported and he verified it was working before wrapping it all up. Not too shabby for such a great price.Only had it for a few hours so far, but everything looks good. Activated through the T-Mobile network.

Not worth the low cost
My cellular reception with their Verizon plan has been very poor, constantly losing signal and not being able to make and receive calls or use data. Even when i can make or receive calls, the call quality is extremely poor. I contacted infimobile support and on phone with them for 35 minutes yesterday, and they could not figure out what to do and told me they were going to contact Verizon and get back to me. Callback within 12 hours never happened. My iPhone is new and still in warranty, previously purchased from Verizon. I never had these issues when with Verizon or MVNO US Mobile's Verizon plan, as there is excellent Verizon coverage in my area. Yes the price is very cheap, yet if you want to be able to make and receive phone calls and use cellular data, it will be hit or miss.

Best price and service for MVNO
Infimobile MVNO on the Verizon network offers the best prices and service in the USA. The only problem is that it's not compatible with my Samsung Note 9. If you switch to an eSIM or port your number after the service is activated, an additional $8 charge will apply.

Mediocre Service - Gets the Job Done Barely
This budget plan works okay for light users. The 15GB high-speed data is sufficient for basic browsing, though speeds fluctuate noticeably. Coverage is decent in urban areas but spotty in suburbs. Customer support responses are slow but eventually helpful. For $12.50/month, it's an affordable option if you can tolerate occasional throttling and weak rural signals. Not terrible, but don't expect premium performance.**Pros:**- Very affordable pricing- Adequate for light/moderate usage- Works acceptably in cities**Cons:**- Inconsistent data speeds- Subpar rural coverage- Slow customer service

Great value
Works great with my unlocked phone. Reception was good for incoming and outgoing calls. Internet was decent. For me it was a great value.

Works good without personal hotspot
I had been using the Infimobile service for the past two weeks. The port over from my previous carrier was easy, and it only take about 1 hour or so. The signal strength is pretty good in my area. For the price that I paid for the service, this plan is great! However, the only reason that I give it a 4Star rating is the lack of personal hotspot support. It will be great if the carrier offer personal hotspot on the future

Good luck finding a phone that's compatible
Doesn't seem to work on any phone I tried. I bought a new OUKITEL phone for my kiddo, and purchased this plan without being able to verify if the phone would work. I wasn't worried because we have 5-6 other phones in the family, and I thought surely one of the phones would work. I was wrong. . I tried it in my husbands iphone16 and it was incompatible , then I tried it on my work phone (a google pixel 9) and it also said incompatible. I then checked a coworkers OneNote and it also said incompatible. Now, I'm just curious what phones actually work with this plan. Kind of bizarre to me.
