My 8 year old adores this watch but sadly it's it broke within an hour of use the pin dropped out of the buckle and dispite fixing it just continuously does it! Dispite being faulty it seems I can not just exchange the item! But instead have to pay extra as no longer the price I paid. So now how do I explain to my son why Santa can't fix his watch?! Very frustrating! Awaiting a response from the manufacturer

Looks cheap, feels cheap. Questionable features: how on earth, could it measure blood pressure?.. The Chinese manufacturers should be fined for making false claims. The watch cannot make calls, it is only possible to reject an incoming call. Cannot send messages, you can only read the last massage in. Paid €20 for this on a Black Friday deal and, in hindsight, I feel I have paid a lot more than this piece of junk is worth.
