Just excellent! Fresh, flavorful, and works in many recipes.I usually mix it with some other types of flowers, like a whole grain gluten free blend. It adds a lot of depth and texture to gluten-free flour that usually taste ps way too light and airy to me.Sometimes, I even crumble up gluten-free cereal into my batter, whether it’s for waffles or cookies...or something else. That adds textural interest and a different grain, like amaranth or buckwheat.
