It's a good product. This is the second time I ordered this item. It does work and help with my hot flashes. I would definitely recommend this product.

Helped great with my period cramps

I won’t be buying this again because it has a chemical smell I don’t tolerate. I upgraded my review because the seller contacted me & refunded my money even though I didn’t ask for a refund which was nice. .

Really good

Sometimes I feel bad for the husbands of women experiencing hormone imbalance. We women can get a little bit cray-cray when things aren't balanced.It's like night and day when you finally get better.I like to have things on hand to help when that's a problem. My sisters and I look out for each other and we try to tactfully point out when one of us is not being their best self and then offer suggestions that the person might need some help. It's been a good safety net.We try to do natural things to help out in those situations.This is an item I've heard about others using to help with the balancing of the hormones. I haven't yet tried it but the ingredients are organic so that makes me feel better about trying it.I also wanted to share a little bit with others so they can try it and see if it makes a difference.Just one more tool in the health toolbox.

I followed the usage instructions, and applied just a pea size amount to my inner wrists to start. The cream was absorbed easily and feels moisturizing on my skin. The next day I applied a pea size amount to my "bat wings" under each arm. Within 10 minutes or so, I felt a sense of heat there, as had been noted in the online product info. After a couple days of similar use, I'm happy with the effect the cream already appears to be starting to have on my bat wings. I've followed the directions and have NOT applied a lot of the cream at one time, and I have not applied to sensitive areas like the chest that the instructions say you should not use this on. The degree of heat I feel when using it is not problematic for me, and seems to last 5-10 minutes. I'm very happy with this yam cream.

I would not recommend this product for migraine sufferers. Within 6 hours I had a terrible migraine that lasted 48 hours. I was hoping it wouldn't happen, but alas, here we are.Update: Company was very prompt with a response and offered a refund. That is good business practice, so I've changed the rating based on this.
