We absolutely enjoy this TV and it’s very easy to use with all of the functions working perfectly. We use it outdoor and around our swimming pool and yes it is water proof. The picture quality is really good and it’s a nice size that everyone can enjoy.

This 15.6” Sylvox waterproof, smart tv has exceeded our expectations. Don’t think crisp HD televisions can’t come in small packages. Sylvox has changed that perception with this remarkable tv. Mine is hung on our motorhome for early morning news & weather updates. After that, it’s stowed in a separately purchased Amazon laptop bag for drawer storage….until the next morning. Yes, it’s expensive, but the quality of this tv makes that forgettable. The quick and secured shipping made this Amazon purchase a win win. Very happy customer!

Really enjoying this TV. Bought it to use on our kitchen/island and it’s small size is perfect for that kind of space. It also has a battery that has allowed us to use the TV on our deck for football games and such. Great picture and good sound.The only thing to be aware of is that it can be slow to connect to internet and/or turn itself on. Seems to be a bit moody, but probably just slow components.Would buy another one.

The media could not be loaded. Love this it’s portable waterproof and I can move it into any part of the room I can even take this into the bath or shower if you have hooks 🪝 🪝 (suction) to hang in the shower but this is a nice item to have even while you’re taking a bath 🛁 I really like this item so Thank you Amazon 👍🏾😃

The best ever I love it so much

I spent so much money on this crap... i never put it in water cause im scared to... but the volume is so low... it keeps kicken me out of netflix... sometimes it doesnt even turn on... will never buy again... cant even take it back because i opened acouple months after i bought it.

I got this TV from my wife for Christmas. It worked initially for two or three days and that’s when the issues started materializing. The TV would suddenly shut off even though it was charged. We tested this by plugging the TV in and leaving it for an hour and later coming back to turn it back on. We continue to have the same issues.What makes things worse? Is the customer service. We reached out to customer service and they asked us to send them a video of these issues. They said don’t return it on Amazon. Let them help determine how to fix the issues. A few days later, we got an email saying that they can’t help us and to just return it on Amazon.Thinking it was just a fluke, my wife re-purchased the TV but no longer at the sale price. Like clockwork, it worked again just for a few days and then the same issues like the first TV materialized.I simply just cannot recommend this TV and would urge others to stay away until these fundamental issues with quality control have been resolved.

I loved having a great customer Service experience and support. The original TV was defective however, after contacting the customer service team at Sylvox, they took action and identified the problem and sent me a new TV in a timely manner! It was not only a really great customer experience, but it’s a really nice portable TV! It’s nice knowing that the company stands behind their product. Nice job Sylvox Support Team!
