We’ve been using this for a while now — it’s on our subscribe & save list, and we always make sure to have it stocked at home.To be honest, the taste isn’t amazing — but luckily my son doesn’t mind taking it, and that’s huge for us. He’s actually pretty good about taking supplements, and this has become one of our must-haves for immune support.It’s our go-to during cold season, or when he’s been around sick kids. Since we started giving him this regularly, I feel way less anxious about him catching something. It’s become our “emergency prevention kit.”Highly recommend this for parents who want something natural and easy to give — and who want to stop constantly worrying about their kid getting sick!

Great stuff for immune system! No preservatives, no GMOs!

This is the first kids propolis supplement we've ever tried. It tastes better than expected and best when chilled. I like the combination of ingredients that help little ones ease into dreamland.

No nutritional info with respect to carbohydrates on Amazon description, but this is very high in sugar and not suitable for low carb or keto diets. I did try one and it has a decent flavor for this type of product (an acquired taste no doubt), but way too sweet for my low-carb palate. If you like very sweet flavors this may be just fine for you.Propolis is a solid and healthy supplement and I've never experienced ill effects from it. I did break my serving into three parts to avoid overloading on sugar!I cannot give five stars because I actually had to order this to find out the sugar content, which is 15 grams per serving. In addition, one serving was covered in a sticky substance which had apparently leaked out of the bottle (image provided). This is due to the added honey and orange juice, which improves overall flavor. See image for ingredient details.

My husband always drinks this one before go to soccer game. It's good taste and has health benefits. Absolutely it is value for money

It doesn't taste bad at all, just a tart cherry taste with strong honey-sweetness. It's just nothing that the kids would pick. It definitely tastes better after a night in the fridge. One bottle contains 10g sugar (raw honey), 90mg VitC, 5 billion CFUs probiotics (Lactobacillus rhamnosus), 4g Lemon balm extract, and 600mg propolis extract.Not sure why this is a bedtime drink, maybe because lemon balm is supposed to be calming, but it also has all kinds of other beneficial effects. And so does propolis, honey, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus. I really like that everything this supplement company claims is actually true; from a real doctor CEO and mom, to real scientific studies and transparency about the origin of the product, manufacturer name and contact details. Great informative website too. Only downside that I can see is that it is a lot of packaging.
