Meguiar's G9524 Hot Rims All Wheel and Tire Cleaner (709 ml)

I used it yesterday one time, and I say I am impressed.6 year old car tire rim was dirty - I came to know how dirty after using this. I used to clean with home washing powder, but most of sticky dirt was never actually removed.Sprayed this on tire and tire rim of freshly washed car. It began to work instantly. I could see it white spray browning / blackening by dissolving dust and solid grease. I left it for 10 minutes to act, then scrubbed with a sponge. WOW!!.The rim started to shine in nooks and corners. I am impressed, though it was my first use.I washed the wheel thereafter and CLEAN IT LOOKED!!!Suggestions:1. In a place like New Delhi, it will need at least 3-4 weekly applications before 6 year old tire rim looks like new.2. It cleans so much it dulls the rubber. Use Tire shine for rubber after using this. A good tire shine will make a huge difference.Overall I would say1. One bottle would last about 6 applications on 4 tires.2. Results are outstanding.I would be able to compare cost per application only when I use other cheaper products, but this one looks worth the price.

WOrks great specifically on old tires and gets most of the dirt and the grime off.This is best used with a tire brush that can reach into the wheel cutouts for a thorough clean.Please note that this is not an Iron remover like the meguiars ultimate all-wheel cleaner and you might need to get another product to get that brake dust and iron contamination off your alloys.This does not mark the alloys nor does it discolour the tyres. Overall excellent cleaning for the price. Reducing 1 star as it doesn't remove Iro contamination.

Worked like charm. Restored my alloy wheels to brand new look. Just follow the directions given in the product. Never turns people on decontamination. Though the design of my alloy wheels made it a little tricky to clean it with a dedicated wheel cleaning brush and the reach to very narrow gaps between the alloys had been done by an old toothbrush. For a better overall result remove the wheel and clean it on the inside too with a lil pressure.

Acid based so make sure use plenty of water don't let it dwell longer than 30sec ,not to great for brake dust removal ,however dirt and grime is cleaned off .

I have researched plenty of wheel cleaners in the market and undoubtedly this is the best wheel cleaner currently available for the price. Instead of using soap to clean, this kind of cleaner is specially made to dissolve all the grime and brake dust which gets collected on the wheel. Just spray it a couple of times on the tire, leave it for a few seconds and use a tire brush so that it cleans the wheel well too.All the dirt will and contaminants just dissolves and turns to brown. Just wash the wheel with water, dry it with a microfiber and you're all set. The best part is that it does not harm your clear coat wheels. Highly recommended!

Excellent Tyre Cleaner, need to do quickly. Got in deal @ 340/-Purchase long back, but used recently, as per direction. I wash wheels with water and clean it with old cloth. applied few spray's on each wheel, spread with old cloth, lot of rust on old cloth, wash it with water, dry it and applied 3 M tyre dresser.Rims & Tyre are better than when I bought all new Fiesta.Caution : Donot use on painted Rims, it will remove the paint.

Waste of moneyUse a window cleaner like Colin and wash away with water to get a better whistling cleaner wash of alloys. Detailerz will tell you otherwise but do what is common sense telling you

It's quite an effective product. As soon as you spray it on & start scrubbing with a rim brush, you can see the dirt starts breaking & the solution turning brown & sudsy. It's an must for car enthusiasts. Helps to mentain the tires as new, as it comes out of the showroom.Good buy!
