For the price, this hamburger smasher works really well and is great quality. I live in a small condo and it is easy to store in a drawer. It’s a little lighter than a stainless steel one, but I prefer that. It’s light enough to work easily with, but heavy enough to be able to make a great smash burger. Great little gadget for a great price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The price is good. Works really well. Doesn't get hot. But edge is sharp.

This is a good thing. I've owned and spent more on cast iron presses in the past. Give this a good press, and give it a twist while pressing your burger and you will not know the difference (except in your pocketbook). The bonus is it is dishwasher safe. Easy clean up is always good.Update - This press just gets better. Compared it to an older cast iron press that was at the ends of it's days and I think this new one works better - easier to use the lighter steel version. Did start to notice a couple of burrs on the edge of the press but a couple minutes of work took those down nicely.

Good quality. Works great for Smashburgers, bacon, other items you'd like to keep flat. Love it
