Case studies are good. I like all contents.This book is not for average Joe.You need to learn about fundamental knowledge.

Great book to supplement one's knowledge of project management.

I was looking for a book on project management that I could use on less traditional projects. I work closely with engineering teams that often have trouble meeting their goals and found this book to be just what I needed. It contains very specific instructions, all based on best practices and standards from international organizations such as PMI and INCOSE. The templates are extremely helpful. And the case studies were extremely helpful in demonstrating the concepts. The section on measurements was the most helpful to me personally, although the book was just full of useful information. I've marked up my copy so much, mostly so that no one in my office would walk off with it! I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants a roadmap to help achieve their goals.

This is a great book about Project Management. The case studies are unique and refreshing and it keeps the topic relevant and interesting.
