Works great on stained and natural sealed concrete floors. Used the scrubbier pads on the concrete with cleaning solution took a single pass - no rinse pass. Also used it on my end grain mesquite floors with the scrubbier pads first with cleaning solution, then used plain water and the softer, smooth pads to do a "rinse" pass on the wood. Looked good after the rinse pass. The machine is very easy to use and extremely easy to control. I am a 68 year old woman in decent shape. My floors have never looked cleaner or better. Love the machine.

This thing had saved my sanity since getting it 8 months ago.Unfortunately, our poor pup has bone cancer in his face. The tumor has grown into his nasal cavity and this combined with the after effects of radiation causes a constant draining of some really nasty stuff from his nose.On top of constantly spot cleaning the floor with disinfectant wipes, I also need to mop our hardwood floors at least twice a week to keep the mess under control. I was doing this manually with a libby mop, but the discharge can be sticky and hard to remove if dried, so I was killing my back trying to clean it up this way.The Bissell has made all of that so much easier. I knew buying it that it had a shorter battery life (I don't understand the complaints about this - do your research!), so I do pre-spray any more "sticky" spots prior to mopping. Doing this, I can clean our ~600 sq ft downstairs with battery still left. It's a tad more work, but I would still take this lightweight cordless mop over doing it manually or dragging a cord around. It's not an ideal situation, but having the Bissell spin mop has made caring for our dog less stressful.I agree you should check the spin plate screws occasionally as I have found them loose a few times. The Amazon mop pads are also better for scrubbing action (the Bissell pads that come with it are more absorbent). The cleaning solution that comes with it is good, but depending on what you're cleaning up, you may need to add an additional cleaner to help deodorize as the smell is very light.

I purchased this mop because I recently had a back injury and wanted a mop that wouldn't require me to bend over repeatedly, and this one is perfect for that. Its rotating wheels allow the mop to glide over the floor and clean it pretty well, and the battery life is sufficient enough to cover one level of most people's homes. The build quality is good enough that it has lasted a couple of years without any major damage or defects.There are some issues with its functionality, though. The mop itself is easy enough to use, but putting on the mop covers and lining them up can be a challenge. Because of the rotation of the mop, if the covers are not perfectly centered on each wheel, the wheels will spin in an unbalanced and heavy motion that tends to eventually loosen the screws in the center of each wheel. If you don't switch the covers out during washes, they can leave streaks on the floors when they're dirty enough.While the mop is convenient for your back, it is relatively bulky and using the handle can be tiresome on your wrist, especially if you have a lot of small corners or legs to maneuver around. I wouldn't recommend buying third-party mop covers as they tend to be ill-fitting and actually increase the friction on the ground when in use. If you can overlook some of these issues, this is a good product.

I purchased the BISSELL® Spinwave Cordless Pet Hard Floor Spin Mop Cleaner because I have so much floor to mop and I am TIRED! I chose Bissell after reading many reviews on this product and others. Seems I always go back to Bissell.The mop was easy to put together just as the video shows. I did let it charge overnight but it says 4 hours is normal.I am a fanatic when it comes to feeling no grit on my floor after I mop and I do not want streaks either. I work hard with the manual mop to make sure there are NO visible streaks, smudges or footprints. I found this BISSELL® Spinwave Cordless Mop to achieve that without ANY effort on my part. My floors were smooth, clean, SPOTLESS when I finished. This mop picked up dirt, spills, and hair, all the girls and women in my family have LONG hair. The pads washed easily when I finished. I did my mopping in less than half the time it usually takes me.Of course I want this mop to last a long time, and time will tell on that ,,, however I want to say every other Bissell product I have did not disappoint.I am tempted to go spill on my floors now, be as sloppy as I can be cooking just so I can mop again!If you want clean, grit-free, spot-free tile floors with little or no effort, do treat yourself to the BISSELL® Spinwave Cordless Pet Hard Floor Spin Mop Cleaner.I leave this review from my own satisfaction of this product with the hope others will find it just as wonderful.
