I ordered this pan yesterday, it arrived early this afternoon and I decided I was going to do a Parmesan Panko crusted chicken breast for my first cook. Are used a little bit of avocado oil and prepped the chicken breast and laid it in the pan to sauté. I was impressed by how truly nonstick this pan is. I could slide the pan around by the handle in the chicken breast scooted around the pan with no problem. it cooked evenly on my stove top. I’ve been cooking for decades and I have never had a frying pan with a glass lid so this was a treat to be able to put a glass lid on the pan to contain the heat while the chicken cooked while watching what was going on inside the pan. Check out my photos. The chicken cooked up beautifully and evenly. Cleanup was a breeze. I ran the pan under hot water and it rinsed out almost clean. A little sudsy soap and water and towel dry and it’s good to go next time. I’m so excited about that I’m going to check out the other Pots and pans tonight.

Love it! Excellent for eggs anyway you want them. You must use butter or some type of oil for pan. DO NOT COOK ON HIGH HEAT. Use low or medium heat settings. The pan is well made. It has some weight, and the large pan comes with an excellent glass lid. Very pleased.

I honestly chose these because they are dishwasher safe. I'm bad about putting off washing things that can't go in it. lol. But I love these! I have this one and two smaller sizes with no lid. Nothing sticks except carmelized sauces after trying to sear it on the meat, but it comes off so easy with adding water (not even soaking). I would definitely recommend.

I purchased this for every day cooking. I love this pan. I love that it's actually 12 inches (not 11). The non-stick is excellent. BUT...I would change two things, Bobby Flay. I would make the handle ergonomic and I would add a helper handle for those of us with arthritis. It is a good, heavy pan.

Wanted a 12" pan to replace an old pan that needed replacement. This pan so far has been great. It's a nice large size and cleans easy. Nice heavy pan with a glass lid. A silicone spatula work great to stir as it wipes the sides easily due to the nonstick surface.

So far it’s fine, flat bottom solid pan good for now only a month used several times a week … good skillet…BUT… everything STICKS to this pan, it’s terrible don’t purchase it it is NOT nonstick!!!

This pan is amazing and worth every cent. My husband has cooked every kind of meat and chicken in it that all came out great. It is extremely easy to clean. Its PFAS free. I'm not sure why the Amazon site won't allow me to give it 5 stars.

I was sold on this pan when I used it to heat up pizza. Put on low to medium heat and wait a minute or two. Add pizza and place lid, again wait a few minutes. Lift lid and add a teaspoon of water and close lid quickly. Repeat if necessary. In about 8 minutes you'll have pizzano one could guess has been reheated.
