Comparing the H4 with the K4 (spoiler alert, H4 wins)
First off, I will say that no matter what head strap you get, you will have some pressure on your head. The choice is, however, whether you want that pressure mostly on your face (K4) or mostly on your forehead and a little bit on your face (H4)?Personally, I prefer the pressure on my forehead as it is more tolerable for me. That is why I prefer the H4, and returning the K4. With the H4, I feel that I have more adjustment options. Many reviewers stated that the H4 is too loose, especially when compared to the K4, however, I feel that the H4 was plenty stable. Additionally, you can configure this headset to press against your face as well, to give you that K4 feel if you enjoy those super intensive and workout apps. However, for all games I played (shooters mostly) I was able to adjust the H4 with minimal pressure on my face and still able to react quickly and look around quickly in the game without feeling the headset was loose. With the K4 that I used exclusively for about a week, I would get painful pressure on my cheeks within about 20-30 minutes. This also affected my ability to close one eye when aiming snipers and would fatigue my face rather quickly. This happened even when I tried to put as much pressure as possible on the top strap of the K4 to shoulder as much of the load as possible. I do appreciate though that the K4 has a more "integrated" charging cable, where the H4 cable pretty much just goes from the battery pack to the Quest externally. But this is such a minor detail that has no affect when the headset is on.Another win for the H4 is that you are able flip up the headset without any adjustments and see your surroundings when in a game, something that you cannot do in the K4 as the pressure on your face is what keeps the Quest on. The battery seems to be the same on both, and adds about 2-3 more hours to the headset for a total of about 4-5 hours. Another positive (for both the H4 and K4) is that the charging input is at the back and bottom of the head strap making it easier to enjoy the Quest 3 while charging, as opposed to coming out the side of the Quest 3.Ultimately, I personally feel the halo style head strap is much more comfortable, allowing for longer play sessions without much discomfort.

Fits perfect, very comfortable.
The fit is perfect, super easy to swap and install. Solid build and good quality. Comfortable fit and the headset feels very well balanced with the battery on the back. There is no face pressure and the ratchet design allows the headset to be shared easily and quickly customized. Great design, very functional, and extends the time I can play both from comfort and battery life.

Quality -- But Issues for me
For most folks, this will be a great head strap, quality build, and the padding is comfortable. Love the integrated battery.Unfortunately, it didn't fit my head well, and I returned it.

Huge Upgrade
So much more comfortable. The way it tilts up and down it stays adjusted and you just fold up and down so its quick and easy. The padding and battery weight helps balance the headset and make it much more comfortable.

Comfort in playing
Works great. Very comfortable. Fits like a hat rather than compressing your head

A lot for the price
Amazing, very lite, comfortable, feel like you do not have extra weight, and the extra battery life is great, a lot for the price

Would not recommend
I’ve used this for 6 months. I never liked it all that much. It never was very comfortable. It always sat too high and I’d constantly have to adjust it to move it lower to my eye level so things weren’t blurry. A few days ago I was adjusting it and the side piece snapped off, so now it’s useless. I don’t feel that I was being aggressive or felt I was causing enough pressure that it would snap, but it did. The one thing positive I can say is the battery was great. But I won’t be buying another of these.

Pressure feeling on back of head
This seems like a great device with a built in battery as well. However, right from the start, I'm feeling a lot of pressure on the back of the head near the base where it makes contact. Seems like all pressure from face is transferred there.Hopefully there's an adjustment setting else I won't be able to use this and hopefully can return it.The built in battery is nice for 3+ hours claimed but haven't been able to validate. Also, when you put the unit away, it continues to supply power to the MetaQuest3 which consumes battery and I can see the green light is on on the unit.Maybe an on/off manual switch would have helped better. It seems useful and easily puts on and off and has a few adjustment angles but the pressure issue remains. The strap feels nice and the weight does not seem a lot when I hold it so it is good. However, I'm not yet sold on it.Will update review in case I find a solution.
