nice little camera
I was looking for a camera with basic functions. Really if my Samsung Blackjack's camera has a built in flash, I might not really need a new camera. I need a small camera that can fit in my purse or pants pockets. I looked at some models that use rechargable AA batteries, but the camera will be a lot thicker and heavier. This camera fits my requirements and the price is really attractive.I played with it the night I received it. The basic manual didn't take too long to read through the important points. There is supposed to be a more detailed manual in the CD, but I haven't had the need to read it yet.The anti-blur feature, which is new to me, is really useful. The camera doesn't have too many buttons to confuse me, and as you change the settings the explanation of the new setting is displayed on the LCD. No need to keep the manual around with you.I have a 1GB Kingston micro SD that I bought for my cell phone, and I am able to use it on this camera, with the SD adaptor. The basic manual does warn that some mini/micro SD adaptors have additional contacts at the back and they should not be used on this camera.Overall I am really pleased with the features on this camera. I look forward to bringing it with me on my next vacation.

Very nice little camera
I've been wanting a small, economical point/click camera that takes good pictures with the minimum ammount of blur. That's exactly what I got. Camera is easy to use, very intuitive and has an unusually long battery life (I've been able to use it daily for about 4-5 weeks between charges). The pictures are sharp, I've been able to take beautiful action photos without hand or motion blur. For a basic camera without any frills, bells or whistles I deffinately recommend it. It's small and light enough to keep in my purse on a daily basis. My one qualm is that the software it came with sucks. It won't work properly on my new computer (and I don't have an old PC to test it on) and crashes when I try to upload photos from the camera. My PC does have a memory slot reader so I've been able to get around the problem without difficulty, but if the software and cabling are key for you, you might want to look into an alternative.

perfect camera for the non professional
This is by FAR the best camera I've owned. I'm a college student, and portability is important to me. This camera is very thin and light. The autofocus and camera modes are much, much better than my current Nikon (I dropped my Finepix and broke it...had to have a camera fast and they only had Nikon). The camera was very reliable for me for a few years, was easy to take pictures with and light in my pocket. If you're looking for an inexpensive camera that's reliable and takes good pictures, this is it.

It's perfect!
This is the best bargain we have ever gotten. We wanted to take this camera on vacation to Mexico because I was afraid my $800 DSLR would go "missing". This little Fujifilm worked perfectly, took great pictures, had a long lasting battery, and suited us right down to the ground. I'm greatly pleased with this item.

Good little camera. Does the job.
There are no problems with this camera itself. It's a little bulkier than newer cameras but I only bought this because I needed a cheap camera for my daughters birthday party this month so I don't really mind that it isn't as slim as others. It's still pretty small. I've had better cameras but for the price, this camera is totally worth buying. However, beware that if you buy this used you will not get a charger(Unless other sellers do include the charger. The one I bought from did not). The shipping was incredibility fast but it was only inside a yellow envelope stuffed with packing peanuts. I was so afraid that it was broken but thank god it wasn't. On the bright side, it did come with an 8 gig memory card.

Excellent camera great price
The reason I bought this camera was because of the price and let me tell you that it does a lot for it, pictures have great quality and the scene options are great, battery life is good and 8.2 resolution is more than you need. It also shots video at 640*480 and and lower res if you want.Comes with charger, battery, usb, composite cable and users manual. The works fine on vista and i dont know but i have a little issue on xp, when i try to import directly from picasa becuase they dont load but you can do it the old copy and paste way and youre done. Overall great camer highly recommended.
