Both of Andy Cohen's books are worth the price of admission over and over again
I love how Andy Cohen is so open with his life and his view of Pop Culture. After reading it you'll certainly feel that if you ever met him you could just call him "Andy." However, if you really want to know the life behind the name read his new book "Andy Cohen Diaries; A deep Look at a shallow year." His life is truly an open book, from his sexual orientation, relationships to the world of the "Rich and Famous." The "Who's Who." He becomes someone you would want as a best friend. His book shows every side of his daily life. He has opened up his private life for all to experience his relationships with his parents, his old and sometimes odd relationships, his acquaintances, his side kick "Wacka" his dog to his doorman 'Surfin" who knows of all his comings and goings but clammed up as a shell. Andy Cohen lets you in on the gossip of the Housewives, their behind the scenes, in front of the camera and the outrageous demands that they feel are owed to them. When just a few years ago they were leading ordinary lives as ordinary as you can get when you are above middle class. His home away from home "The Clubhouse on WWHL with a nightly bartender(s) along with interesting guests most of the time. His outlook of the BRAVO channel with the usual shows and new ones in development. What I liked the most were his thoughts in his head when interviewing, in which he has down to an art form. I came away after reading both books as if I knew him as my best friend because of his openness. His quick wit and setting up his guests so they could shine, just like Johnny Carson. I truly wanted more but I'll wait for his next book, how will he top the last two. I am waiting with bated breath and thanks for the laughs and writing in such a way where I could put myself right there with the visuals that you give us with the way you write.
