I love that it comes with caps, that's really nice. And each one is reusable but there's a lot of them. It says ultra tight but honestly it still doesn't go in between my teeth. I don't know if I'm using them improperly or what. I never understood how these go in between ANYONES teeth, let alone a bigger size.However, I use it for scraping plaque off my teeth or food, or use it as a toothpick sometimes. The brush is nice to just move along your gumline and it'll clean things up like a toothbrush or floss would. Its also got a nice grip! Would recommend overall

These interdental brushes work. It does take three different sizes to deal with all spacings. The smallest/tightest could be even tighter.

I have some overcrowding of teeth that I'm fixing with braces. That means that there are places where an interdental brush normally cannot get into. This one can. The bristles are so short and tiny that they can smush between the brackets and underneath the brackets in tight spots. I actually use this in conjunction with the next larger size brush to brush around all sides of each bracket and the spots underneath the wire if I feel like I need extra cleaning beyond the electric toothbrush.

Way better than floss for certain hard-to-reach spots. Soft bristles but firm enough to clean without bending. My dentist noticed the difference in gum health after just a few weeks.
