Everything you need to bake sourdough! I recently learned how to make sourdough & wanted a proofing basket & lame to score the dough. This kit has both of those items & more for less money than it was going to cost to order them separately; I wish I would have found it before I bought some of the other items. I love that the dough whisk has a shorter handle than the one I got from taking my sourdough class. This one takes up much less room in my drawer & I don't feel like a little kid trying to maneuver a huge spoon. The blade can be a bit tricky to get in place, so be careful (I cut myself) and the cover fits very tight, so again, use caution. The bench scraper, bowl scraper & brush are also all nice quality.

I am new to bread making and was in search of tools. This is the perfect set to start off with for the money. The Dough whisk is really what I was going after at first. Then I realized how much I needed the plastic dough scraper. These to items are key for breadmaking. To me! The dough scraper keeps your hands clean! That's a plus. It also helps to easily shape the dough. So far the entire set is proving to be outstanding.

I got this and I’ve been loving it! The basket is a perfect size and super sturdy, and the liner fits just right. It comes with everything you need—scraper, brush, lame, extra blades, all of it. The tools feel solid and not cheap like some other kits I’ve seen. I’ve already used it a few times and it made the whole baking process way easier. Definitely recommend if you’re just getting into sourdough or want a complete set without spending a ton.

The bread kit is everything a beginner bread maker wants. The basket for proofing bread is so nice to have, the scoring tool, the bread whisk, the silicone brush, the bread scrappers; a metal one and a plastic one; a cleaning brush. The size is perfect, 9 inch. I love it!

The pieces needed to assemble the “cutter” as well as the razor blade pieces did not come with my order.Bowl is also much smaller than I anticipated.
