I have very sensitive teeth but can use these fairly well. I started shorter of the recommended time only leaving them on for 15 minutes at a time and gradually increased to half an hour. Teeth look brighter so I'm happy enough.

Really good. Will be buying again! From first go lightened my teeth. Everyday getting whiter. Taste is OK. I leave on for 45 mins and use my blue LED light that I purchased with some other whitening product a while ago. I have no sensitivity and on my 4th day. Teeth have never been so white. Thought I’d give these a go . First off they are veryyy sticky and get everywhere . First night I put them on they felt tight on my teeth and hurt slightly. But then tithe more I did it the less it hurt . Only done a week so far so can’t say they have worked yet but I am starting to see a very slight improvement . Overall they are okay
