We have a commercial grade cabana on our deck. After many years, the canvas top became more fragile and tore in a storm. Replacing it with the same company was going to be over $1000. This one for $40 is working fine for now.

Fits better than most but rain tends to puddle on top and has to be released with broom handle....just as most reacements....it really needs an additional grommet on each side for drainage

Is a pretty good replacement for the original.

Easily to install, held up to our latest winter storms and wind. Looks good.

UPDATE: I couldn't do it, there was no way to secure this undersized canopy to the gazebo securely, so I returned it after all. As usual the return and refund were processed very quickly.================================================================================This gazebo canopy is probably 9'10" along each side and not 10' by 10'. It's the 3rd canopy I've used on this gazebo frame over the years and you need to be careful to read the measurements, as some gazebos use the generic term 10x10, but actually measure 9'7" or 9'10". My current gazebo is a full 10'x10', and this canopy even with intense pulling and stretching is 2 inches short of a proper fit. It's too much of a hassle to remove it and send it back so I'll put up with it for a year, but will not be using it again next season.FINAL WORD: if your gazebo is actually 9'10" or slightly smaller then this is a good choice, but if you have a legit 10'x10' gazebo you should not buy this one.

Easy install. Stretched out after first rain. Velcro attachments seem like they will tear easy

No tie down tabs on corner so with a romett tool, I put 2 each corner and tied down.Otherwise, perfect fit.
