Unacceptable response from seller
I bought one and my son bought one, mine was fine, but my sons had numerous tiny holes in the roof. Of course you couldn’t see this till fully assembled and the light shine through. He contacted seller who offered him $15 to go buy a repair kit to patch 50-100 holes. That is not acceptable on a brand new item

Disappointed
This is NOT a true 10 x 20. Lacking six inches in width alone.It looks nice. Sharp looking!Poles are small in diameter.It might last a season.I would not recommend.

Cheaply made fabric
we were replacing our 10x20 that we had for 5 years with no issues. This one ripped in a few spots after one weekend of use. I would not buy this brand again.
