Works but may need a few applications
This stuff works and I am pleased with the out come but it did take three applications. I live in an old house, about 100 years old and the gnat's seem to appear every summer. I also live by a lake so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I would say it was an infestation, I couldn't eat without them buzzing around me. I am one of those people that is a bug lands in my food, it's now the dogs food so these things were maddening. (And yes, I know it's irrational to stop eating your food just because a tiny bug lands on it but gross's me out and that's the way it is.) Forget about drinking red wine because they love it and land in it immediately. In any event, the gnats literally drive me crazy. I hate them! I have tried everything to get rid of them. The vinegar, soap, water traps. The lights with the sticky cards. Anything I could find. These traps catch the gnats but they don't get rid of the problem. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. I ordered two cans to start with because I have three full bathrooms, a utility sink, plus the kitchen sink. The first time, I performed the application at night on July 7th and then went to bed. I used both full cans, which was mainly because I was figuring out how to use it properly and I put almost a full can in the garbage disposal. I would say in the next couple of days you could see a significant reduction in the number of gnats and I found several in my bathrooms dead. I figured it would take a couple of applications due to the other reviews that I read. Within about four days, I saw them beginning to increase again. I ordered two more cans and applied about 1.5 of them the night of July 12th. That is 5 days following the first application. Following that application, there was another significant reduction in the gnats and I was still finding dead gnats on my bathroom floors. After the first two applications there was a significant improvement in the quality of my life. Just chipping away at killing these gnats and I was/am determined to rid my house of these pests! Ordered two more cans. I was leaving for the weekend so I thought a perfect time for another application and then it would be able to sit for a couple of days. Applied another ~1.5 cans on Friday afternoon around 3:00pm on July 18th. Returned Sunday July 20th early evening. To my shear delight, I did not see any gnats! Monday, I saw one gnat. Tuesday, I saw one gnat. Wednesday I did not see any gnats. It is now Thursday morning and I have not seen any gnats. I am hoping that is the last of them but I still have enough product for another application if it is needed. So, in summary, it has taken me close to four cans to fully eliminate them over the course of 16 days. I ordered a total of 6 cans at a price tag of $95.82+tax so over $100 in total, so not cheap. Also, pretty sure the stuff is toxic because it says something about hazmat on the label for shipping. Hope this helps.

Effective product with easy application
Love the ease of use with the application straw included. No bad smell. It functions as it should. I used in every drain in my house as well as in creavesses in my dishwasher. Kills off drain insects. Best to apply multiple times in a few weeks to be sure to get all newly hatched pests. Will buy again.

So far so good
I have shower drain flies. I tried the gel product you pour down the sides of the drain. That worked for just a few days. Even after repeated treatments.I've had good results with other Terro products so I tried this. It's been over a week and so far so good. I did two treatments and spread them out over five days. Super easy to use. Extend the tube and spray like you would with compressed air, WD 40 or any other spray product.I give it four stars because for the amount you get, this stuff is pretty pricey.

Worked perfectly
I had drain flies over and over and couldn't get rid if them until I tried this. For some strange reason, the instructions are incomplete on usage. You fill the drain with the foam, using the straw attached, and then you leave it alone until the foam dissolves. I left it for about an hour or more and the foam had completely gone. No drain flies at all. I believe I used about half the can on a single use.

Directions hard to read
U just began using this today after desperately trying to read the directions with a magnifying glass in hand. I finally went on line and learned more. I note in comments that others had issues with the directions which, once I could make out the tiny white print were a bit vague. And as many here noted, it takes more than one or two applications which is understandable but this is toxic stuff. I will indeed finish the can with a repeat application but then I will look for another product.

It works!
This stuff worked! We had phorid flies which are very hard to get rid of. I put this down the sink drain and wow! I'll probably have to repeat it but it killed a lot of them. Worth it for me!

WORKS like a charm! Bye-bye little black flies...
I noticed little black flies in my kitchen and thought they were fruit flies and gnats because my kids constantly leave the back door open in the summer and I have many house plants that attract fungus gnats. After cracking down on open doors, treating my houseplants, and using plug-in fly lights and fly tape -- I was still seeing the black bugs... After research I realized I might have drain flies! I ordered this product and it has eliminated my problem. The product is easy to use - simple aerosol can. It comes with a straw attachment so that I could shoot the foam far down my drain. After a few seconds it created a rich lather that foamed up into my sink fully coating the problem areas. While I only saw the flies around my kitchen drain and garbage disposal, I took the remainder of the can and proactively treated my laundry room sink, shower drains, and bathroom sinks. The can had way more foam in it than I original thought. It covered all the drains in my home with a bit leftover in the can afterward.
