Nice motorized chair for the little ladies.
Note: Had some initial problems with the charger, which the vender was able to resolve quickly and professionally with a replacement. Thank you! This is a small chair which is exactly what we were looking for as my 96year 96lb mom is tiny. So many chairs now are extra large and she would need bolsters to stay in them! It is comfortable and so far is working well. She likes it, which is rare as she usually doesn't care for anything new. We noticed it does not go over bumps well, so I would say it's for interior flat floor use only. Construction fits the price point, which is fine.

DONT BUY THIS
This wheelchair is an embarrassment—and a danger. I don’t say that lightly. It’s poorly made, falsely advertised, and clearly not designed for someone who actually relies on a wheelchair for daily mobility.First and foremost, the brakes are only on the back tires, and even those are nearly useless. There are no front brakes, which means the chair will move by itself when no one is in it. I’ve had to chase it down more than once—an exhausting and unsafe experience that should never happen with mobility equipment. On even the slightest incline, it becomes a runaway hazard.Second, it was sold as “lightweight,” but it actually weighs 44 pounds. That is not lightweight by any realistic standard, especially for someone who has to load and unload the chair independently or with minimal help. The product listing was completely misleading. The comfort? Practically nonexistent. The seat is so thin and hard that I had to cut up an egg crate and sit on a blanket just to survive the rest of my trip. It’s unacceptable that a company expects disabled people to DIY their own cushion just to avoid pain. And don’t expect it to handle real-world terrain, either. I’m not even talking about curbs—this chair struggles with basic sidewalk cracks, wooden decks, or slightly uneven pavement. It jolts with every bump, sending shock through your spine and making every surface feel ten times worse. It’s not stable. It’s not smooth. It’s not practical. In short, this wheelchair is a joke—and not a funny one. It’s unsafe, uncomfortable, and falsely advertised. It should never have been sold. If you care about your safety or independence, steer clear of this product.

Chair runs well, folds quick, seat is only 16in wide.
This chair folds quickly and is lightweight. The cushion is pretty comfortable. The seat width is not correctly stated in the description. It is only 16 inches wide, not the 17.3 that was advertised, making it too narrow for my husband. It will have to go beck

Great product
This is a awsome chair, worth every penny so far. Not so great on grass but it really saves me from holding everyone back when we go out, now they have to keep up with me 😃 folds up.like a baby's stroller so hauling is so simple!

Not as wide as advertised
I think it is a quality wheelchair but the seat is not as wide as advertised. Amazon said seat width was 17.3 inches but product manual says 16.1 inches.

Electric chair for elderly
Arrived on time and outer box was in good condition. Removed chair, seat cushion from box along with smaller box which held charger cables and tools. The chair is basically assembled, just unfold it. You do have to attach the joy stick controller to the arm. You plug red plugs together under the seat, I believe that they are the power wires to battery. Lock seat so the chair will not fold up on you while sitting in the chair. Plug cord into charger pack and plug charger into3 pronged outlet on joy stick controller on arm of chair or you can plug it into outlet on the battery. It was very easy set up even without instructions which wasn't in the box. Maybe if you scan the data button on the box you can find a video on assembly. ( another product I purchased that didn't have instructions did have a how-to video when I scanned it. I wish the company listed the approximate time it takes for initial charging of battery because the chair is for my 90 year old Dad and he wanted to try it as soon as I finished putting it together. I had to explain that the battery needed to be charged before he could use it. I explained that the red light needed to change to green before he could use it but I imagine he will be tempted to go for it earlier. So haven't actually used it yet to say how it works mechanically.

Good product
Pretty darn good. Seat size is fine for me. Wish it came a sheet of instructions. I'm not sure the best way to secure the controller for transporting when flying.

Not worth the price
This chair is a waste of time and money. It has very slow speed, slower than the average walking speed. It gets stuck on simple uphills and forget about it riding it on carpet because it will not work. I purchased this chair for my handicapped father and it was more of a headache than a blessing. The chair itself is very bulky to carry once it’s closed and it’s quite heavy. The battery life is terrible and it dies quickly. We charged the battery everyday and got about 3-4 hours of use. Periodically it dies while in use, it heats up, and needs a break to start working again. If you push the chair, it has a certain speed restriction that no matter how much you push it’s not passing that speed which is very annoying. I reached out to the seller and their response was they aren’t able to help me with my problem. I wouldn’t recommend this chair to anyone.
