Q: What is the actual size of the paper insert? I'd prefer to buy perforated paper for quick replacement.

7 7/8" x 3 1/8" - I created a Word template and then printed on card stock and trimmed it to fit.

Q: What size should the paper insert be?

I printed what I wanted on the door on card stock. I then used the plastic clear cover as a template. I traced around what I printed and cut free hand.

Q: Will these hang on a cubicle wall?

Yes. The adhesive actually works well on a fabric cubicle wall, though I suggest making sure you have it positioned exactly where you want it the first time. I'm not sure how repositionable it is.

Q: Can it be easily be repositioned?

If you used the included double stick tape, then I would say no. Once they stick they would be difficult to remove and reposition. My advice would be to use a removable tape such 3M Command Strips or similar. Then you can move it when you want.
