ケーブルとの相性にクセあり。
某イベントの景品で入手。まず、付属のケーブルもしくはTB4/TB3ケーブルでないときちんと性能が出ません。ここまでは当たり前の話なんですが、この製品、ケーブルの下方互換性にちょっとクセがありまして、TB3/TB4だとシーケンシャルライトが700MB/secとそこそこの値を出してくれるんですが（製品にはUSB3.2 10Gb/sの刻印があるので、その観点からこの速度をどう評価するかは賛否あるかとは思います）、USB3.2Gen1/USB3.1Gen1/USB3.0相当のケーブルだとどういうわけか35MB/secしか出ません。また、TB3/TB4でも、稀に同様の35MB/secにしかならないこともありまして、安定性に欠けるところがあります。もしかするとMacOS17.2側の認識の問題なのかもしれませんが。堅牢性・可搬性・冷却性については、秀逸ですので、その点では満足しています。
