We received our item today and as my husband was putting it together the other part of the ladder wasn’t included in the box am I missing something? Is there a second box that we’re supposed to be waiting for? The only thing that came was the ladder for the auto part of the pool that doesn’t make sense. did anyone else have this issue or you’re missing the inner part of the pool ladder or stairs?

Ladder is good . Putting together is very difficult. It took 5 hrs .. instructions not very clear.

Easy to put together. However, the paper instructions are hard to follow; had to watch the video a number of times. Once installed it is a very sturdy system.

The blue step ladder is harder to attach to a deck.

I hate these stair!!! They don’t match but the worst part is that the steps are so hot you can’t step on them to even get into the pool. DO NOT BUT THESE. I wasted $750 of my hard earned money on junk!!!!

For the money I absolutely hate these steps. They feel cheap and the design sucks. Could have bought a much cheaper set and gotten a better result. Don't waste your money.
