I got tis product 3 days befr I hv been using since 2 days ... I hv used just formula 1 and protein powder and cell u lose tablet I hvnt taken afresh instead of tat I am using green tea I hv lost 1kg 500 grms I could say tat u must try tis just me tis product is original
