Samsung 21 L Convection Microwave Oven (CE77JD-SB/XTL, Black, Slimfry)

First of all I DID NOT PURCHASED this Oven from Amazon.in and I am NOT PUBLICIZING NOR PROMOTING Reliance Digital, Just Because I Purchased this oven from there. Just Writing the Review to Assist Consumer Choose Better Options.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I bought it from Reliance Digital. There was Delay of 1 day in Delivery Due some Address Issue, else everything was Fine. Now coming to Product following are Pros and Cons :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Pros :1) Stylish and Looks Decent as it has Floral Design on Front.2) Has Ventilation on the Side so NO Worries to Adjust Back Placement.3) Has Almost ALL the Features Available in any Oven. Also has Combination Mode.4) Slim Fry Mode is Just Best. You Don't Even Need to ADD Oil to Food Stuffs while using this Feature.5) Ceramic Build is Maintenance Free. Also Looks Elegant. ( Refer the Image that I Attached )-------------------------Cons :1) Inside Volume Seems Bit Under size. ( Refer the Image that I attached , the Cup in Image is 1.5 Inch in height )2) Has LIGHT PUSH BUTTONS. I Purchased it Assuming it has Feather Touch Panel, But it Turned out Different.3) No Extra Bowl Included in Package Considering the Price Tag, which is needed for Almost 70% of times.4) Doesn't have ON /OFF Switch. It Directly turns ON as the Mains is switched ON ,though you Have to Select the Desired Function Button to Activate the Oven.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Also I want to Mention about SERVICE as there were Few Unfavorable Reviews about Service.There were few Fumes Coming Out of Vents the very first Time I used the Oven , I thought there's Something Wrong. So Called into Reliance Customer Care and Registered the Complaint. The Service Expert ( of Reliance Digital ) Arrived on Third Day after Registering the Complaint ( Again there was some Address Issue in system which caused Delay ). The Expert Inspected the Oven and Concluded that Oven is Completely Fine and NO need to Worry, Since then I have Faced NO PROBLEMS. THING WORTH MENTIONING IS ALL DELIVERY, DEMO, SERVICE was FREE and WAS ASSURED FREE in Future as well Till Warranty Lasts.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Verdict :If you are Foodie, Love Cooking and Can Shed Off above 10k , then its MUST BUY Product. Would Have being Delighted If the Panel Would Had being Feather Touch. But if that Doesn't Bother you ,then GO FOR IT.Thank You.

Awesome for a small family, I have tried to order one more, it’s out of stock but it’s really enjoyable product to have at home, and it’s not that expensive

Wonderful product.The only issue we had was related to the bulb in the microwave. The bulb stopped working after a month of usage. The replacement of the bulb is not covered under warranty.

The buttons are not feather touch.. You need to nudge them hard every time. Rest is fine.. not used much.

We have received our Samsung 21L microwave but installation of said product is pending still require your support.. order no. 4257869664.. pls contact 9979774528
