Excellent product .HD quality video , good night vision and very easy to install by just two drilling. I was feeling difficulty in viewing sd card and contacted call centre. Mr Tanveer from technical support teamhelped me online very patiently and professionally to get over my problem and cleared many doubts. Call centre staff is also very helpful and quick in responding.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this camera at first. But I think it is the right product that I purchased for my Office and Home. It is sturdy and does not look flimsy like other IP cameras. Installation is very easy. You need to install an "iMegaCam" App on your phone to configure and access it. In order to access it on your PC/ Laptop locally, you need to assign a static IP address to the camera on your Network Router and use http:x.x.x.x/web/admin.html (where x.x.x.x is the static IP address assigned to your camera). Enter your Camera Login ID and Password (default Login ID and Password is "admin"). You can configure it to access over internet on your Laptop by making changes in the camera network settings.Overall picture quality is excellent. Night Vision is perfect. However, in one of the cameras that I have installed, I guess the light sensors seems to be very sensitive as it keeps on switching from normal light mode to night vision mode. I will try to align it to see if that will make any difference.In order to access it on more than one Phone (both locally or over the internet) you need install iMegaCam and need to scan the bar code of the Camera on the Phone then use the ID Password (only for the first time) to access it.You can rotate this camera 360 Degrees to see every nook and corner of your Home and office. The best thing it comes with an Inbuilt DVR, all you need to install a Micro SD card to use the DVR feature. It supports upto 128 Gb SD card. I have used 64GB SD Cards on both my Cameras for 15 Days recording. It overwrites the old recordings automatically..It has a one way Audio Communication so that you can communicate with your loved ones from your phone. You can watch and hear all 24x7. You can configure it to send you alerts and recordings if it senses any activity. It has a very nice and configurable motion detection feature.I am happy with the product and recommend it to anyone who is looking for an IP Camera.

I bought this product going the brand name D3D by dumping another China made camera which dint have a support platform in place. I thought D3D is much matured in this area and will address my concerns if I face any. But the support team has zero knowledge. They jus hav one solution for all problems, 'change your wifi username and password, and try configuring again',which dint work for me. And the tone of the support guy was so casual and unprofessional which I dint like. I repeatedly faced the same issue despite trying multiple times but the support team doesn't seem to have an answer for this. So returning the product as it dint serve my purpose. I warn anyone of you with buying this product. Their after sale service sucks..

i lost my money for this product. don;t buy it. very poor picture quality & very hard to install. never buy this.

Sound is very low compared to cheaper models. Box got broken and arrived. Some screw rolling inside the camera. Don't know what's broken. Camera is working fine.

Product is very easy to install, no need to professionals just follow instruction,picture quality is very good both normal & night vision,You can see the location from anywhere in this world through the mobile app,Best features is to move the camera 360 degree from the App on the phone.Over all its awesome and i am happy for what i paid. Nice product. Good clarity. Good night vision. Initial setup is little bit difficult since it’s wifi security. If u have router with lan cable then it’s very easy to setup else u need two hotspots or router for initial setup. That u can get the details from review and customer care. Stand is very filmsy. U need to handle gently. Mic is defective in my purchase but customer care asked me return or exchange. In my I could not do since I bought with one day delivery to install in my village. So I use this with defective mic.

Its really easy way to handle and install the camera.We are also happy with the response of Meghna who support and guided to fix ma issues. Thy treat us good with full flexibility. We are satisfied with it.
