Love this straightener totally! Perfect even forfrizzy hair.. worth the price! And the best thing about this product is..it does not damage your hair at all! No matter how many times you use it! It makes your hair more softer!..even after you wash your hair..your hair won't be damaged..they will be more softer than before!.. 😍

The product didn't reach.Update:11.02.2018: I received the product. Didn't use it much earlier as we were traveling.Took the straightener out almost 3 months later and the product gave burning smell on connecting it to power and got damaged on its almost maiden use.No service centers available..., Better to go for other brands with better service and warranty

I have thin and fine hair that is mostly straight. This is only the 3rd straightener I’ve ever purchased and the 2nd in this model. The first one was purchased in 2010 or 2011- it still works but was showing signs of wear so I replaced it and now use it for travel. I use this to both straighten and curl my hair and have never had any issues with it pulling or burning. I find that this works better on my hair than other $100+ models.
