Didn't do a thing for me, and it's non-refundable. That stinks! It's supposed to fill up your stomach to make you feel fuller, but did not one thing for me. No taste, which is good. I wanted to return it but since it came from Mexico it was non-refundable, even though the website made it seem like it would be able to be returned. Wasted money!
