Nice Fit!
These scrub pants are a pleasant surprise! They do fit a little big, so if you're between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down—but the overall fit is fantastic. The length is just right, even for someone on the taller side, and the fabric is thick enough to feel durable without being heavy or too hot. They're breathable and comfortable for long shifts, the slit at the bottom adds a nice touch and makes them fall nicely over your shoe.

Great choice
Extremely comfortable pants. Flattering. True to their size. Stretchy. Great for heavy duty work like cleaning.

Great scrubs! Read measurements
I struggle to find good scrubs as a bigger woman. I read the size chart and ordered a 4XL because it matched what my measurements are (even though I’m usually a 2/3xl in most clothing.) First impression of these scrub pants were that they were very comfortable. They sat at the right spot on my waist and weren’t too tight. They’re definitely a little bit on the looser side for me so I’m not going to put my phone in my side leg pocket because it weighs down the pants. Just keep that in mind if you’re sizing up for comfort. They looked great, weren’t too tight or too baggy and I didn’t get that suffocating feeling I get with most synthetic (often too tight) scrubs. The color is also absolutely gorgeous (Navy). The only critique I have for these scrub pants is that they’re pretty long. I’m 5’7” and more like 5’9” with my chunky nursing crocs on, and these pants were still pretty long. I decided to keep buying this brand of scrubs but hem the bottom so it doesn’t drag (or trip me, whichever is first.) I can’t fully attest to the fabric quality because I haven’t worked in them yet, but they feel breathable when on. The 5 different pockets are also another huge bonus. Overall, great scrubs! Just make sure you read the measurements.

Size down and measure inseam
Size down like people suggest. I'm usually a medium but ordered a Small tall. They are tight around the butt with room around the thighs...thank goodness for the elastic back because they wouldn't go up otherwise 😅 but they aren't restricting when pulled up-they sit right under my belly button. I'm 5'7" and 168-170lbs. I have a short torso but long legs. I probably could have survived with a Regular inseam but got long just in case. Without shoes, the pants are too long but with the shoes I wear (giving 2 inches) they are perfect length. The picture gives an idea of where they land with shoes on.

Runs big
These pants run big. I am 5'4 and 155 lbs and sized down to a small after reading the reviews. They fit well around my waste, but the the thigh area is too big and not fitting. If you have smaller thighs like me, they will be baggy but they are very soft and feel like they would be comfortable.

Cherokee has great quality
So comfortable. Love the flare leg and venting on the hem. Cherokee scrubs tend to run large, I bought a size small and usually wear a medium in figs brand. The small was snug but not super tight. No stretch to them, which is fine because the stretch tends to wear out quicker. Definitely a solid purchase.

Perfect for tall girls!
This is for my tall girlies!! I was a little skeptical these would be long enough, as I always am ordering pants online. But boy do they deliver! I’m 5’10, 145 lbs (typically a size 6 in pants) and all legs and they are more than long enough. Even pulled up to be higher waisted, about at my belly button. I ordered the Small Tall and they are a little bit big/baggy. But there is a functional drawstring. They are cute! If you’re in between sizes I’d like them more form fitting I’d say order down.
