I was doubtful, but this has been a life saver for my menopause. I was fluxuating between a furnace & a freezer literally MINUTE BY MINUTE, even at night.... I had to give it 2 weeks before I considered to write a review. But if I'm honest, within a day I felt a difference in my face first and then my lady parts. I'm 33 and somehow I began suffering from vag dryness (ouch!), UTIs and yeast infection. I tried several things and none of it helped, so on the research I went. I deal with low estrogen drops at times and almost bought DIM which lowers your estrogen levels even more. Thank God I did my research because I would have really been suffering. But this product was what the doctor ordered! Not only am I naturally lubricant again, but it helps me to get excellent sleep at night! I can't speak for everyone, but as for me, this is a must!! The only downside is the size of the supplement, but it goes down pretty well.

I never write reviews, but I just had to review this product because it actually works! Prior to starting this supplement, I was very moody and achy a good part of the time. As a 46 year old woman getting closer to “the change” am I just started to not feel like myself. However, I have noticed a significant difference in mood swings since starting this supplement one month ago. I’m not saying it’s a magic pill, but I have noticed a big improvement in how I feel. I bought these for menopause symptoms. I wasn’t able to take it long enough to notice if it helped with those or not. For about a week I was completely EXHAUSTED and couldn't figure out why I was constantly wiped out. Then I remembered I had started taking this about 10 days prior.
