Personalized Whiskey Decanter Set with 4 Square Rocks Glasses - Gift Box Available

I bought this decanter set as a graduation gift. The product is very nice and arrived well within the estimated time frame. There was a small error (an extra comma) in the engraving, but the vendor was very attentive and quickly replaced it with a correctly engraved set. Highly recommend this vendor.

This item is even better when I held it. I am not a drinker, and planned to use it for still water, but it is almost too nice. The engraving makes it look many times it actual cost. 5 stars.By the way, I didn't use special packaging, but it still came in a nice box.

If I could rate it ZERO I would. Had an extremely bad experience with the seller. First the package came broken, requested a new one, second time came broken again. The packaging is not put together well at all. I requested a refund but could not get it because not ALL the pieces we ordered were broken. Also, the cups that we did receive have VERY faint font, could hardly see. Would NOT recommend.

I ordered the full presentation set for my son for Christmas he just bought his first home and is putting a bar in! To give a fair review of the product itself it’s gorgeous and I am very happy with it the etching was good quality was nice. However I must take away a star because I was not sent my entire purchase I ordered a full presentation set the entire set and was only sent the 4 glasses and decanter when I inquired about my missing tray I was told I ordered it without the tray (not sure how you get no tray if you order the full presentation set, they have a different option for glasses and decanter only) it took many many back and fourths to try to understand how my order was only the glasses and decanter when I ordered the full presentation set and paid the higher price but eventually everything was settled and they did finally send me the rest of my order. The items are great they seem durable not cheap nice thick glass! I think that in the future I would use them again because end game everything was great!

Super great! Came out exactly as I had ordered it based off of the images provided. It'll be a great gift and I'm super excited to see how it pours! The packaging was super secure so nothing was at risk of breaking or rubbing against another glass. Very heavy and sturdy.
