I was skeptical at first with other reviews. But when I received it today, it’s absolutely gorgeous. The candle arrived a little crooked, tilting to one side. But I was able to straighten it right away with literally very little effort. I like it so much I ended up placing an order for another one. I’m going to put them on my fireplace. Sparkling!

Their customer service was super helpful. One of the crystals cane broken and I emailed and they responded immediately sending replacement crystals. We liked it so much we ordered another one

I loved the candle holder and sconce but when I opened all the boxes I only had 5 and ordered 10. The sconces were there (all 10) but only 5 of the candle holders. I keep trying to contact the seller and just say no return and wiped out my comments. I’m so angry that they won’t even just refund for the 5. This was for a wedding and now I’m shorted by 5. So annoyed. Non returnable but they didn’t even send the full order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. They need to make it right.

The media could not be loaded. I couldn't wait to use it for our marriage anniversary when I got it. It is amazing and elegant, especially a crystal block in the stem.

The candelabra is very beautiful in person. However, it was a little bit of a run around. First time I ordered, the base was beat up a bit, the center arm and topcup was missing, and not enough crystals. I placed a second order. Again the base was a little beat up, not enough crystals, and one of the hoops where you hang the crystal was broken. Good thing I didn't send back the first order. I was able to get the missing crystals and change one of the hands. 3 stars because it is beautiful, otherwise I would have given it a 1 star.
