Measure yourself with tape measure as shown in 3rd product picture. I purchased X-Small Neck 13-13.5, Sleeve 30-31. Fit was perfect for a woman who is 5'4, 115 lbs. Bought for a costume. Shirttails were long enough to stay tucked in all night. Looked killer with a bowtie. Can't wait to wear it again.

Probably fine for a slim build, my husband is built like a line backer so the sleeves were too tight around his biceps.
