My son switched toothpaste brands and had a terrible reaction on his lips. His lips were swollen, cracked, peeling and super dry. I accidentally used salicylic acid toner on my face which is normal but I rub the pad across my top lip. For over a week it was painful and kept peeling it was so bad. I used this lip balm and within 6 hours it helped so much. Left more moisture so I wasn’t licking and ripping off the dead skin. I’m so shocked. Day 2 and it’s feeling so much better!It’s finally healing! I would buy this again and again!

This product was extremely effective at treating the inflammation on my lips. My lips were red, raw and weeping after having a reaction to Burt’s Bees, which lasted about a few weeks. This balm is amazing. I've been dealing with a dry flaky section on my upper lip for months that wouldn't heal. Then recently my lips got way worse (I think I had a reaction to lanolin), super cracked, painful, dry and flaky. I stopped using any lip products with color or fragrance alto see if that would heal it (tried jojoba oil with aquaphor on top as an occlusive). It only got a tiny bit better. Tried this Cortibalm and got relief in less than just hours, and after 24 hours my lip issues were mostly all gone! They are healed 100% now after 2 days of usage. I am so happy and so glad I bought this product. I don't even have any little flakes on my lips anymore and that was my norm for decades even before my more severe lip issues began. No more cracked painful lips! This stuff works! Don't hesitate to buy it if you're dealing with lip issues that won't go away.

I love how much this helps my chapped lips, but the smell is...not good. I find it pretty unpleasant, but it's also the only product I've ever tried that helps my chapped lips to this extent. I'll keep using it despite the smell, but this would be a 5-star product if they made a version that effectively masks whatever causes this odor.

This is the best product ever for someone who is doing accutane. I cannot recommend it enough. The only thing is that the taste and smell is not great, but totally worth it. I was putting on aquaphor all day everyday just to survive before but it wasn’t healing it. This helps to actually heal your chapped lips not just look like they are moisturizing them. Worth all the of the pennies imo. I reapply every couple hours still and it’s not like accutane healthy lips but pretty dang close. Love!!

This is the very best chapstick I have every used. I had very severe chap lips and nothing I tried worked. Everything I tried made it worse. I was applying chapstick constantly to avail. I finally tried Cortibalm and right from the start and I could feel the difference. I've been using it for over a month now and my lips finally feel normal. I can't thank the makers of such an amazing solution ti my problem enough. I very highly recommend this to anyone who suffering with the same very severe chapped lips.
