I received a controller that wouldn't pair, and the company went above and beyond their duty in making sure I got a working item. My grandson is very happy with thus controller and to be able to play his VR games.

No charger cord
It came in the mail with not damage or anything but I have no charger so I don't know if it works or not ðŸ˜

Once the controllers get here make sure they r charged when I received the controllers they were dead like it hasn’t been charged during travel

Doesn’t work!
Came in a box wrapped in some plastic clearly an already used remote. No charger, no accessories or anything with it. Plugged it in using what I have for my system - got it charged. It doesn’t work! Tried it on two other friends systems as well just to be sure … yeah it is definitely a defective product.
