I have to say this has really helped. I've used it for a few months now, and I have had noticeable improvement in my swollen C-5 neck disk and in a shoulder impingement area from a work related injury (best this has felt in five years of conventional treatment with PT and meds). It also quickly relieves occasional minor arthritis pain in my wrist, and helps with lower back pain from another injury from 11 years ago. I have also been able to cut my meds use by over 50%.The unit comes with a leather case and seems to be very well made. I purchased a Panasonic Eneloop rechargeable battery system from Costco which includes 4 AAA batteries (the unit requires 2 AAA, not included), which works well, and each charge lasts for many hours/days.The unit is extremely easy to use, and includes simple instructions in English. The LED indicator lights are very helpful and intuitive. For the most part, you can just turn it on and start using it, since it automatically identifies where to treat, and then it automatically adjusts the dose strength and time of treatment, which is also indicated by sound and LED lights. I don't think I would ever need a more advanced unit than this. I did recently buy Shungite pawn electrodes to have more flexibilty in treating certain areas (expensive, but they accurately conduct the Cosmodic signal), but I still mostly use the unit by itself.The cost here is also a factor, since it is priced about $900 less from Russia, than buying more locally in Canada or the US. For that much savings, it was worth the wait for the longer delivery time, which arrived just as it was estimated at checkout.

Works very well. Exactly what I expected.
