This was our taste test winner
My wife is a full on Trainspotting level of Balsamic addict. To the point where for her birthday the only thing she wanted was a caprese salad and "good balsamic".I purchased 3 from various stores based on internet articles (I think this one was the America's Test kitchen winner) about what is the best, and a friend brought over 2 more they got in Italy.Maybe were are just stupid Americans, but basically every person picked this as the best one/their favorite. Some of the other ones that were more expensive/aged longer ended up tasting almost like fruit jam flavored more so than Balsamic. This one is very smooth/doesn't have a lot of bite and tasted good on everything not just salad (dipping meats/bread etc)

My favorite balsamic
While pricy, this is really the best for caorese salads with heirloom tomatoes.

Misleading Amazon Information
The image of the Nutrition Facts label from the bottle of vinegar on the Amazon page shows 0 grams of added sugar. However, the bottle I received, which looks the same as the bottle shown on Amazon, lists the bottle as having 8 grams of added sugar per tablespoon.
