G4 22" Carry On Spinner Luggage - Smart, Organized, Lightweight Suitcase (G4 - Navy)

We bought two of these in anticipation of a Peru trip where we will be transferring frequently. Have used them several times in US so far. We will fly with this carry on and an ultralight 30 liter foldable back pack so no checked luggage. For land transfers we will user the expandable zipper to pack everything including the 30 l pack and contents in the suitcase. We will tour using a travel vest with more pockets and, when needed, a small 20l ultralight pack.Why we choose two wheel vs four: The two wheel holds more but still is a carry on. Better for cobblestone and gravel. Doesn't slide away when standing. A tiny bit lighter. Comes with a hanging bag that I thought I would not use, yet I really like it and it weighs next to nothing. Can remove it for hanging along with the sock and utrou zippered pockets. Two extra zip pockets.Great outside pocket functionality with spot for removable battery and dirty laundry stuff sack access.Bag is light yet sturdy. I wish it came in other than black.

Beautifully crafted with a lot of added features. I have never been one to be able to scale down to a carry on, but just started a job where I travel a lot and was looking for something efficient that I would not have to check. This carry one really keeps everything organized with custom pockets on the left for things like electronic wires/plug-ins, underwear socks, etc. The right side has a deep bed with plenty of room for the compression cubes, plus much more space to spare and that is without expanding it. It has a convenient drink holder, umbrella holder (sold separately, but looks like a less expensive one would fit) and a charging station.Great use of space and with the Genius compression cubes, these seem like they will be a true winner. It is brand new to me, so I am not sure of the wear. I am not a person that does well without three suitcases and I am really impressed.

I LOVE the design of this suitcase as an avid traveler. However, I bought one in June of 2021. Just over a year later I had to buy another one due to a wheel that went soft. I could feel it when I pushed on it and it shook the whole suitcase. I bought the next one 10 months ago and the wheels are doing the same shaking the whole suitcase as it rolls.Getting ahold of Genius Pack was very difficult. When I did, they offered nothing to fix it.I now need another one. What stinks more- the other carry-on I like is a different design (not as convenient) and it’s only 21” instead of 22”.Come on, Genius Pack! The one I bought in 2019 was of better quality.

I travel frequently for business. I purchased this bag because I liked the design and how light weight it was. That’s where the love affair ended. This bag has the cheapest, flimsiest wheels I’ve ever seen on a suitcase in this price point. I’ve only used the bag for about a month and already the wheels are warped and rolling the bag is impossible. I do not recommend this bag for the frequent traveler.

This suitcase sees even more conveniently planned out than I’d expected from the description, with more pockets inside and out. For example, there is an exterior pocket for a water bottle that can be zipped shut when not used. I shorted it a star because it is a bit on the heavy side. And... the two seemingly identical exterior pockets on either side of the suitcase are on the small side for a laptop. Either will fit my iPad, but there is no padding in either to help protect my iPad for a heavily packed suitcase being slammed onto the bottom of the overhead onto the laptop pocket. I’m going to try to add some padding, which will make the pocket even smaller. Going through security with such electronics that needs to be taken out then hurriedly put away makes this an issue that deserved more attention. For me this suitcase is replacing a wheeled backpack that had a well padded exterior pocket for my iPad that I will miss. Interior pockets are labeled, and the one that says “socks” seems a bit male-centric to me. The optional umbrella, which I bought, is a nifty feature that seems very functional.

I recently upgraded to this G3 from my G2. I'm revising my recent review below to reflect the G3 model. I love everything about this bag. Well manufactured, plenty of space for your things, this carry on provides everything you need for your business travels! With pockets to store all your things neatly which eliminates rummaging through your bag when you need an item that's parked somewhere towards the bottom, this bag solves that with it's genius compartment section. The bag has a large space for your clothes on the other side as well as a laundry compartment which keeps your dirty clothes completely isolated from your clean clothes (GENIUS). The bag itself is super lightweight and the wheels are heavy duty which is a huge plus especially if you need to run to the gate (I am always that guy for some reason). I have to say that this is by far the best carry on I have ever owned. A+

Although I just received my Genius Pack Carry On Luggage for a Christmas present, I have yet to be able to use it. But I do love the ease of rolling it, it's light weight, very organized and has a spot for your compact umbrella too!!! Looking forward to using it on my next trip.Follow up:Well I finely was able to use my new luggage on a 10 day trip. It was very easy to use and organized. It met the TSA carry-on requirements and easily fit in the overhead compartment on the plane. Having a couple of different handles made it easier to grab and lift your luggage.

I love this bag--very handy to have when going on short-two to three day-trips. My son loves this so much, I have had to hide it from him and have found it in his closet a few times. Even my wife tries to use it. Very convenient. The laundry storage is perfect for me and while I don't use an umbrella, it is the perfect storage pocket for sunglasses / reading glasses. The pocket on the back could be a tad larger to accommodate a folder, but other than that, I love this bag.
