Bought this to replace a damaged cable for my FRITZ!Box 3490 router. The original cable was about 3 metres in length and the new replacement is only 1 metre in length, which in theory should be better.... It's not. My fibre connection is now about 5Mbps slower with the new shorter cable.This is a basic non-shielded and non-twisted phone cable. It's thin and feels cheap... It allows my router to connect to my fibre broadband service, but that's the only good thing about it.

After changing our internet provider, and receiving a new router, I quickly realised, that the cable that we'd been using for years, wouldn't fit any more.This arrived quickly, and the old cable has been removed.

I damaged my cable between the NTE5C and my router and required approx 15 metres of cable with RJ11 plug at one end and a RJ45 plug at the other end. Tried B&Q and Screwfix without success. Delighted I managed to get this via MainCore on Amazon. Fitted and worked ok.

Bought this to move a router. Read the reviews. This does not fit into a BT socket!!!!!! It arrived damaged anyway so only 4 stars

This rj45 does make a difference to your hub and i have ultra super fast broadband i took engineer advice he was spot on

Just a standard cable quality as you would expect from a shop on the highstreet, well crimped and good length.
