Golf Ball Launcher

This thing is AWESOME! Took it out last weekend for the first time and no amount of words can describe the grin on my face! I think "...propel Golf Balls up to 500 yards" is a *bit* of a stretch; with the blanks we were using (plastic cased, German manufactured DAG 223 blanks) we got roughly 250 yards at a 45 degree angle. Shooting flat sent them around 50 yards before bouncing, but man those things were cookin'! I've heard it'll shoot a golf-ball through plywood at close range, but at 100 yards they just bounce off with a satisfying thud.The launcher itself is a LOT heavier and sturdier than I was expecting (being an NC STAR product, I kind of expected the worst). It threaded cleanly onto my AR and feels rock solid. The finish is parkerized and it weighs about 1.4 pounds.Next time I'd like to try with some mil-spec blanks... see if it launches any farther. Not that 250 yards isn't far enough ;). I have no idea what the DAG "training rounds" were loaded with, but I have a hunch they were on the weak end of the spectrum. Still, at $6 for 30 it was a cheap first try. If you buy this, don't wait till the last minute to find blanks.So that's it. Solid, works as described... didn't blow up... all good things. 5 stars!

My girlfriend said she's never seen me laugh like i did when i shot the golf ball launcher. I haven't shot for distance yet but at a mortar trajectory it gets some serious hang time. I put an M203 quadrant site on it so I'm itching to find a field to range this thing. Shooting it on a 10 inch barrel. My only complaint is that it isn't drilled and tapped in line with the bore. So it wobbles slightly when I'm threading it on. I had to use crush washers to index it to keep the misalignment on the vertical plane. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

This thing is awesome!! I bought it to use with my .22lr savage rifle unsure of how it would perform with .22 blanks and it ended up working pretty well. It launched the golf balls about 200 yards. If you have a threaded barrel and a place to shoot this I highly recommend it,

This thing is a blast to shoo. Took it to the range today a shot 25 golf balls. The look you get from other people (They think it’s a suppressor) when they see and hear it go off. And it’s fairly accurate to 25 yards.

Have not used it yet but it is very solid and well made. Finish is not great but that will have no impact on function. Expect it to work well and as advertised.

I gave this 2 stars because at least the item shipped was the one described. I tried it works well with the gun screwed right onto the barrel. The problem is the launcher was all scraped up and looked like someone else owned it. When the package was delivered looked like the paperboy delivered it to my doorstep by throwing it. Communication was terrible and the seller was not prompt with shipping.

Thank you for the prompt delivery of the gift itempurchased. Arrived in excellent packaging, fits barrel as indicated, appears to be of good quality. Haven't used it yet...but can't wait to launch golf balls! Will keep you posted.

This is awesome, the only reason I gave a 4 star is because not all golfballs fit, but the ones that do fly.
