To be honest this was one of the prettiest burners I have ever seen, with such beautiful craftsmanship. Unfortunately, whoever is doing the deliveries of these, is damaging them. I base this conclusion on the amount of complaints of them being damaged, including mine. It was clear that the damage was not a case of an accidental drop or bump, it looked like someone literally stood on it or stomped it. Perhaps it is simply because of the origin of the item, in which case political misfits in the delivery industry should be fired from their jobs. 🤬

Ich bin sehr mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Auch die längere Lieferzeit war kein Problem. Der Speckstein ist wirklich toll verarbeitet, dass Schiebetürchen funktioniert einwandfrei ohne zu haken. Auch ohne es in Betrieb zu nehmen ein schönes Stück und einfach ein Hingucker.

I ordered 2 x sun soapstone oil burners and they are lovely.Unfortunately one of the oil burners was damaged when I received it, but I can not complain, I was able to arrange to send it back without any problems and I received the replacement the following day which is absolutely amazing service.The oil burners themselves are beautiful and I am so pleased I ordered them. They are delicate but if you look after them properly it shouldn’t be an issue.Definitely recommend them and the customer service is also great.
